ZERUST® Axxatec™ 30CI Water-based rust inhibitor offers an efficient solution for protecting metal parts while simplifying cleaning and handling. Once applied and dried, it forms a thin, invisible, dry-to-touch film that helps prevent corrosion caused by moisture and environmental exposure.
This product is well-suited for applications where both cleaning and corrosion protection are required. Its formulation allows it to remove light contaminants while simultaneously leaving behind a protective barrier, making it ideal for use in manufacturing, maintenance, and preparation processes.
After drying, treated components can be handled safely without the need for extensive personal protective equipment, improving workplace safety and efficiency. While gloves are not required, the use of clean, lint-free gloves is recommended to maintain surface cleanliness.
The concentrated formulation allows for flexible dilution ratios, enabling users to adjust performance based on application needs. It is compatible with a variety of metals and performs well even in hard water conditions. However, it is not recommended for use on aluminum components.
