ZERUST® Axxatec™ DA-23C rust preventative and cleaner combines cleaning performance with corrosion protection in a single step, helping streamline industrial processes. Its low-foam formulation makes it ideal for use in spray washers, dip tanks, and other cleaning systems where foam control is critical.

In addition to removing light oils and particulate contaminants, this solution offers strong oil-splitting performance, allowing contaminants to separate from the cleaning bath. For optimal results, the use of an oil skimmer or separator is recommended to maintain bath cleanliness and ensure consistent part quality.

Once applied and dried, the product leaves a thin, invisible, dry-to-touch protective film that helps prevent corrosion on ferrous metals. Treated parts can be handled safely without the need for extensive personal protective equipment, improving workplace efficiency. While gloves are not required, clean, lint-free gloves are recommended to prevent recontamination.

This rust preventative and cleaner is well-suited for use in manufacturing and maintenance operations where both cleaning and short-term protection are required. For extended protection, particularly in high-humidity or export environments, it can be used in combination with ZERUST® VCI film packaging to provide long-term corrosion defense during storage and shipping.
