ZERUST® Axxanol™ 34CD dry-to-touch light rust preventative is engineered to protect metal components without leaving a heavy or greasy coating. After application, the solvent evaporates completely, leaving behind a very light, near dry-to-touch film that helps prevent corrosion while maintaining part cleanliness.

Axxanol™ 34CD can be used to protect a wide range of metal parts, including machined components, castings, engines, and assemblies, for up to one year during storage, shipment, or work-in-progress. The near dry-to-touch finish improves handling by reducing the risk of transferring residue, while still delivering strong corrosion protection in aggressive environments.

For applications requiring a higher flash point, Axxanol™ 34CD-HF (High Flash Version) is available, offering similar performance with enhanced safety characteristics for certain operating conditions.

For extended protection, especially in export or high-humidity environments, this dry-to-touch light rust preventative can be used in combination with ZERUST® VCI film packaging. This layered approach helps protect metal parts for long-term storage and challenging shipping conditions such as ocean freight.

If removal is required, the coating can be cleaned using ZERUST® AxxaWash™ products or other compatible alkaline or solvent cleaners. Axxanol™ 34CD does not intentionally contain barium or heavy metals and complies with major global environmental and regulatory standards.
