HAROL HON 5 is a high-performance Honing Oil formulated as a light-colored, low viscosity oil designed to deliver excellent lubricity and surface finish during precision honing operations. HAROL HON 5 Honing Oil is specifically developed for honing and superfinishing applications where surface quality, tool life, and process stability are critical. Its low viscosity enables efficient penetration into tight tolerances and ensures effective lubrication at the tool-workpiece interface.

This oil provides excellent chip flushing capability, allowing debris to be quickly removed from the cutting zone to prevent surface damage and improve finish quality. In addition, its strong heat-carrying capacity helps dissipate heat generated during machining, reducing thermal distortion and extending tool and honing stone life.

HAROL HON 5 also offers good oxidation stability and filtering characteristics, which help extend fluid life and reduce maintenance requirements. Its clean, light-colored formulation improves visibility of the workpiece and tooling, allowing operators to better monitor machining operations.
